Pendle Borough Council are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Estates Surveyor to lead on complex valuations, high-value transactions, and strategic asset management across a diverse commercial portfolio. You’ll play a key role in driving regeneration, maximising income and shaping the future of Pendle’s property estate.
As a champion of professional development, you’ll mentor apprentices and junior surveyors—embedding a culture of growth, accountability and high performance across the team.
We’re looking for a Registered Valuer (AssocRICS or higher) with substantial experience in estate management, strong financial acumen and a passion for developing others. If you thrive on challenge, collaboration and making a tangible impact, we’d love to hear from you.
Pendle is in Lancashire’s scenic Pennines, close to the Yorkshire Dales, Lake District, and Manchester.
